Finding Focus

  In today's fast-paced world of distractions of electronics, and media pulling us from the left to the right, both saying "Believe me, not the other guy" It is easy to get distracted from your goals and daily duties, the remedy is to find your focus and push that outside interference away from you. Here are a few steps to take to find your focus: Step Back Take a few steps back for a moment of self-reflection, take a look at the big picture, then break it into steps, one foot forward, do not tackle things all at once, that is overwhelming, it takes steps to complete the goal/task. What's Important to you? Focus on what is important to you, use a filter system, breaking it apart into fragments, such as deadlines, available time, and resources, and arrange it all towards that important goal.
