Here are a few steps to take to find your focus: Step Back Take a few steps back for a moment of self-reflection, take a look at the big picture, then break it into steps, one foot forward, do not tackle things all at once, that is overwhelming, it takes steps to complete the goal/task. What's Important to you? Focus on what is important to you, use a filter system, breaking it apart into fragments, such as deadlines, available time, and resources, and arrange it all towards that important goal.
