The Power of Positivity

Over the years, I have come across people with a negative mindset, besides being annoying, they attract more negative energy than positive. The law of attraction attracts more of what you're focusing on. When you break that cycle of negativity, then you can shift into better thoughts and attract different results. Positive thinking is the way you approach the dilemma, being optimistic, making the most out of obstacles, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and seeing the best inside yourself.

Flip the script

If you are having negative thoughts, just flip the script, and make an effort to refraim what your thinking in a more positive way, as the old saying goes, make lemons into lemon aid.

Yes, I can!

Self-talking with positivity can reshape your perception, and have a more positive impact on your emotions and how you respond to stressful situations.

Be Grateful

Think about things that you are grateful for, and things that go right, write it all down, and then read it whenever you're feeling down, or angry, this will give a positive self-reflection and boost your mood. It's easy to get tunnel vision when things are not going well, self reflection helps to look at the big picture.

Bad situations

Sometimes things happen out of our control, with a positive mindset, depending on the problem, you can look at the bright side, for example, "I failed my exam", and put that into a more positive context "I can study more, and now I know what the exam is like when I do retake it". Also staying positive will help with not giving up when things go wrong, problem solving for a solution is always motivated by a positive mindset.

Alike Minded People

Surround yourself with positive people, negative people have that bad ju ju, and it can be contagious and it can contaminate the whole room, even the goldfish in the fish bowl will say "Frica Fraca ".

Be Happy For Others Success

You are not in competition with anybody, only yourself, so you can be the best YOU. We all have our own path. If somebody gets a promotion or receives anything good, that's a blessing, and we shouldn't be haters. Our blessings will come in due time, and other people's wins should be looked at as a motivating factor, that this will happen to me.

Closing Thoughts

Your success and well-being all depend on a positive mindset. A positive mental mindset can bring out the best YOU. It can bring out the beast mode in your performance, interpersonal relationships, and resilience.
