Step out of your comfort zone

A comfort zone is when you feel comfortable, and your not doing anything new or difficult. In order to level up in life, and up your status, it is recommended to step out of that comfort zone. Stepping outside of your comfort zone means learning new things, taking chances, meeting new people, and trying new experiences. Nothing grows in a comfort zone, here are some steps to take to get out of that comfort zone.

Birds of a feather flock together

Surrounding yourself with people that already achieved, or are currently on the path of achieving what you want to be, can be an inspiration. Observing how they are, and what they do can influence your mindset, take notes, and make those qualities your own. Associative transformation is an immersive strategy that engages the conscious and subconscious mind, which can lead to your behavior modification.

Baby Steps

This is the crawl, walk, and run method, Break down a new tasker, or project into small steps, by focusing on completing the first step, then the second step, and so on and so forth.

Yes, I Can!

Confidence is built over time, it starts with one foot in front of the other, and not worrying so much about failure, if you do not try, there is no luck.

Fix Your Mindset

Tune your mind into your desired reality. Ask yourself what you want in life, and then evaluate whether your on the right track to get to that destination. You can plan out how to make the necessary changes to achieve your desired reality.

Fear Is My Friend

Most people feel overwhelmed when sticking out their big outside of their comfort zone, may feel like thier going into no mans land. It's okay to be afraid, gotta be crazy not to be a little scared, that is what makes us human. Acknowledging fear right away, allows you to become fully present and focus on taking the next steps.

Assess and Make New Goals

Now that you have achieved some of what you wanted, assess how this made you feel when you moved out of your comfort zone. You may think it was not that bad, a piece of cake, and feel able to do it again and again with all aspects of your life. Thinking about not just the achievement, but the ways in which you grow as a person by pushing yourself outside your comfort zone during the process. Knowing more about your comfort zone and what it means to step outside of it can help you face new goals, projects, and taskers head-on. And just knowing that a little bit of stress can help you grow, expand your horizons, and increase your self-confidence, will help you to become more adaptable and open to change.
