Associative transformation is an immersive strategy that engages the conscious and subconscious mind, which can lead to your behavior modification.

It's okay to be afraid, gotta be crazy not to be a little scared, that is what makes us human. Acknowledging fear right away, allows you to become fully present and focus on taking the next steps.

Assess and Make New Goals

Now that you have achieved some of what you wanted, assess how this made you feel when you moved out of your comfort zone. You may think it was not that bad, a piece of cake, and feel able to do it again and again with all aspects of your life. Thinking about not just the achievement, but the ways in which you grow as a person by pushing yourself outside your comfort zone during the process.
