Walking and Mental Health

I enjoy going for a walk, it clears my mind, and ideas seem to flow naturally, I feel as one with the universe. Even after a short burst of a 10-minute speed walk, I felt more alert, and energetic and had a more positive mindset. When you are at your desk, and you have a mental dilemma, I think it's time to go for a walk, people who take a break from work-related activities and go for a walk, have noticed that their concentration has improved with better focus. Walking can help you clear your mind, trigger new ideas, and spark those creative juices. Walking is a self-esteem booster, it can also help you improve your body image, the more pounds you shed, the more you look and feel great. When you walk outside, the scenery around you is constantly changing, you may meet new people, get to smell the flowers, and you can always change your walking path, these experiences you will not get while on a treadmill. Walking does not just have mental benefits, exercise is believed to decrease your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Joining a walking club can make social connections, walking with a walking club can help you meet new people, build friendships, and provide a sense of community. Connecting with others can be beneficial for meeting others who share similar interests. The more you walk, the more it becomes a habit, and the more motivated you are towards making better food choices, and make more positive life choices, and become a well-rounded individual. So get in your sneakers, and walk for a better you.

Purpose Driven Warriors

Purpose-driven warriors are those who are driven by a sense of purpose and who align their personal and career goals with a higher purpose. These warriors can inspire others to achieve great things, create a positive impact on society, and ultimately achieve long-term success. A purpose-driven warrior knows no boundaries or failures too big to handle and pursues their dreams and goals no matter what. There are things that purpose-driven warriors do: Positive Outcome Focus To become a purpose-driven warrior, the primary focus must be on the positive outcome, the outcome that you're trying to receive, instead of any potential negative outcomes. Practicing this technique will push any negatives to the back burner. Failure is your Friend Failure can be an obstacle to success, failure is not permanent, you fall down, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward, just reflect and learn from these life experiences. Self-Awareness Being self-aware will give you an outward perspective on your...
