Habits of Successful People

Success is a mindset, it can mean many things to many people, it could mean making lots of money, living in a 60-bedroom mansion, or my definition of success, which is achieving personal goals, and working on habits that work towards those goals. Here are some tips:

  1. Get up early AKA The Early Bird Catches The Worm-

The early birds have it all under control, instead of rushing to work, like a chicken with his head cut off, they have already started their day, and are calm and collected. There are fewer distractions in the morning, which is a key ingredient for focus.

2. Read that Book- Books can be a gateway to knowledge, they can grow your mind and improve your life, They allow you to be more creative and think out of the box, come up with new ideas, problem-solve, and be more tactful.

3. Quiet Time-Quiet time and self-reflection is good for processing thing going on in your life, being mindful and aware of what is happening in the present, can reduce anxiety, and calm the nervous system. The brain needs to take time to think, reflect, and rest.

4. Workout- The most successful business people exercise, they pick a program that suits them, whether it be jujitsu, yoga, speed walking, or golfing and Tennis, they all know that regular exercise makes them feel more motivated and can think more clearly. For example, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg both practice Jiu-Jitsu.

5. Role models- A role model provides a blueprint for success and can help people set and achieve ambitious goals. Just knowing that He/She can do it, and so can I, can fuel the motivation towards that particular goal that you may have.

6. Avoid Wasting Time- Time is valuable, it's okay to relax, but do not recommend that every day is a Netflix and chill day. Never take your eyes off your vision, dreams, and goals. Make a daily to-do list, and check off that list as you go along. Limit your screen time, those phones can keep you in that entertained happy place for hours, dont fall into that trap.

7. The Bottom Line- Successful people through every timeline, such as Henry Ford, and Andrew Carnegie have developed habits that contributed to their success. Choose or lose, I think nobody wants to be a soup sandwich.
